Sportsmobile's use inverters for their hot water heaters and microwave ovens. Go to sportsmobileforum.com and someone will tell you how it's done. Sportsmobiles with no propane are very common.

I have a bank of agm batteries. In 2 years of service. No corrosion but they are inside the vehicle.

Regards the battery. At least it's a common brand. It is a good idea to get exactly the same battery so one (weeker) doesn't parasitically draw from the other.it looks as if you may have to have the...
