Hey man,

I sold my van about 2 months ago. Never did figure it out except to remove the front grille. But of a pain in the butt but got it done.

Dang...I think I finally figured it out. The tabs must have came off from the previous owner and did not mention it to me. The slots are there but the metal piece the plastic tabs pulled on are...

Thank you for the input. That headlight shown is for the Ram truck and not the van.

I think what I will have to do is remove the grill and see if I can remove the headlight assembly from there...
