No it is not sold as a promaster mount.
It is from surco (mid 80’s Chevy van) but I cut and welded/fabricated the mounts to fit my promaster.

I counter sunk 1/4” bolts (2) top and (2) in bottom henges. Also used (2) in door with rubber washers.
