If I were gifted "Alvar", I'd sell it (if I could find someone else willing to part with $150K or more), and buy a another brand comparable (in a general sense) for a lot less, and use the excess...

We like the Rockies and there aren't many places in the mountains that I can see. Looks like Missoula, Boise, SLC, Las Vegas down the backbone of the hills are about it. I can't believe there aren't...
