No, and yes. Some of the files at POI Factory may be .gpx files that are already like machine code, but they can be disassembled at a website that has a file conversion program, like here....

Maybe this might answer your concerns:

I don't think you're alone. I believe many people "tethered" and were asked to desist when discovered. I meant tethered in the sense that, your machine is only usable on a specific wireless network...
