Yes there's water in the toilet bowl. I drained all water from the gray tank and then put more in with some stuff I bought at Walmart to help with odor from the gray tank.

My Rialta is almost 20 years old. There's nothing in the sewage tank, I've drained water out of tanks. There's this funky sewage odor that I can't get rid of. The stack on top is not stopped up. ...
