I agree with you, LOL. Personally, I think 1 hour under a good load is plenty. I very seldom exercised our propane unit and all was well over a 4yr ownership

The warranty requirement for generator running...

The warranty requirement for generator running time is 2hrs per month under a 50%+ load. That's 2 hrs in one run, not a bunch of short runs to reach 2 hrs.
Onan can see this from it's onboard...

Ditto, what Chris said. We also have the K model. We have gotten the AC switched out for the quieter one called the Coleman Mach 10 NDQ. It's what Winnebago is now installing in all their class Bs....
