Exclamation Dodge Promaster Door Problems

If anyone has opened your drivers door too far. You may of hyperextended the door causing damage to door and pillar. I have a solution to prevent this issue. Just found the TSB from Ram about door strap problems for repair procedures. It seems that there has been problems with the door stop pulling or cracking on the doors.

Over on the FB owners pages for the Roadtrek/Hymer models, no one has reported any issues with this. I suspect that it is more likely to happen with contractors and delivery people who are in and out of the van all day... and probably more chance of the wind catching the door.
