Anyone have this issue? I would think that 4 or 5 years up the line, any legitimate tire seller would catch that error, since it is only the label, not wrong tires.

Not to disparage the tire business, but they aren't always staffed with Rhodes scholars.
An inexperienced tire changer might assume the tires being removed were the wrong ones, warn the unsuspecting/unaware customer, proud that he "spotted the error", and put the new (wrong) tires on, correcting the "error", based on the "mislabelling".

Since 2010, I have only used Discount Tire, with no complaints, and they actually saved me money on my last replacement on my Roadtrek in 2017.

Discount Tire will match prices of Costco or Walmart. THere service has been great.

However, I have found that I need to tell them the pressure to put in each tire to make sure they get it right. A time or two they had it wrong as they used the GM book spec that they get the lugnut torque from. I have a TPMS (highly recommended) that reads out each tire pressure so I can easily check that they have it correct as I leave.

Regarding the sticker, yes it should be made to be correct.

Found one person who noticed it when he went to buy chains. He purchased what it says on the tire rather than the sticker. He is now waiting for the new sticker.

Has to be one of the easiest recall fixes ever...

And one can always take a copy of the recall if new tires were suddenly needed before getting the new sticker. (though shouldn't be an issue since we are talking about 2021 models)

OH DARN, you reminded me of my only ever issue with DT. Inflation pressure. After they replaced my 4 Michelin AT2 tires with a set of 4 MS2, they insisted the tire pressure was correct, even though my Harbor Freight pressure gauge said it was about 2 PSI too low. They got me half off the MS2 tires, prorated based on remaining tread depth on the AT2 models. So, rather than argue, I thanked them for their excellent customer service and topped up my tires at the gas station across the street.
