Yes, the propane pressure regulator is part of the propane system. On my 2006 Roadtrek 210 it is located behind the bumper near the propane tank. Hopefully yours is in an easier place than mine to replace.

No propane whatsoever here. You will not love propane if boarding a ferry in the rain and the inspector makes you show him the propane is shut off outside under the van. They probably know every make of RV and where the shut off is and relish the demand.
