New 2008 Blue model???? $200 more-Any other changes??

I am going to buy one of the Boliy soon. On e-bay there is a new 2008 blue model. It is $200 more than the red one. Why??? Any other changes?? Why go blue for $200 ?????

Looks like Midwest Power Products is offering it on eBay.

I asked Wellington about this one and, as far as he knows, it is the same as the red one. Midwest Power Products imports them from the manufacturer just like Wellington does.
