Default Roof ac issue

Winnebago Boldt: We have a Coleman Roof air conditioner. Cools fine for about 5 hours hooked up to 30 amp pedestal the compressor kicks off and starts blowing hot air. Does the same even when on batteries. After sitting awhile starts blowing cool air again. Temp outside is 102 degrees. Any advice?

sounds like a self resetting circuit breaker or a thermal switch

circuit breakers work by breaking the circuit when they get hot- which usually indicates high current running through them

this one may have gone faulty and is tripping too early ( most likely) and then resetting- OR it could be protecting you from a big repair bill

I know electrics and electronics- in your shoes I'd be looking for someone familiar with this issue

search youtube as well

I didnt watch this through but you might:

I would start by checking the AC voltage before it cuts off.
