Default Shore Power not working

So, I believe that my shore power connection is not powering my rig nor is it charging the house battery in my 2019 Roadtrek Simplicity SRT. When the engine is running (and thus the UHG) the voltage reads > 14V. I would expect that when connected to shore power I would also read > 14V, but it does not.

I am at home getting ready for an upcoming trip, so last night I plugged into shore power and turned on just the fridge to get it down to temp. I figured that the shore power would run the fridge and keep the AGM battery full. This morning I went out to see my voltage at ~11.6V, meaning that I had been draining the battery all night.

My first question: Is my assumption correct? Assumption: When connected to SP the voltage readings should readings should be similar to the UHG readings, meaning > 14V.

Any suggestions? Am I doing something wrong?

When you plug into shore power, do any of your 120V appliances (I.E. microwave) work?

Lots of unknowns here. I would suggest getting a plug in volt meter and a circuit analyzer at the RV store. These plug into any 120v receptacle, and tell you the voltage of the shore power and if the common/power/ground connections are correct. If nothing shows on these gauges, you might have a bad SP cord or connection. If they show power is present, then your battery charger might have failed.

Most likely the problem is your automatic bus transfer (ABT). But in keeping it simple, is your breaker to the circuit you’re plugged into tripped? Yes, to your first question.

Did you have the inverter switched on?
I don't have the same rv as you so it may be different, but in my class B nothing will work on shore power unless the inverter is switched on.
