Default New Agile owner

I've just purchased my first class B (2007 Roadtrek SS-Agile). I have a few questions? My experience is from 1976 Prowler travel trailer. The SS-Agile has a combined black water and gray water tank, so how do you use the macerator when connected for multiple days and want to use the shower and toilet? Do I need to watch the tank and run the macerator when the tank is full or is there another way. On my old Prowler I could leave the gray water tank open with the hose connected to the campground sewer. I assume there is no way to do this with the macerator and single tank. Can someone please comment. Also if you are in a freezing environment and want to use the toilet by putting in some antifreeze. How do you keep the macerator from freezing?

PS. Maybe you can tell I haven't taken delivery yet so I do not have any manuals yet. Maybe this is covered in the manuals. Thanks for any help.

Wow! Congrats on your purchase. I think SS-Agile's are FANTASTIC (even though I've never even seen one)

Your 2007 will be shorter (easy to park) and more fuel efficient than the upcoming 2008's. RT never sold the '07 SS-Agile in Canada. Rumor has it that will change with the 2008's.

Yes, you'll need to check the tank monitor and run the macerator when the tank is getting full. Trying to trickle water through the macerator would probably lead to clogged pipes.

I added a macerator on my 190P. I put a wireless remote switch on it. I got the switch from Wal-Mart for around $20 and it was rated 20 amps - perfect for the pump. It worked from inside my RT

In a moderate freezing environment my guess is that a minimum 50% RV antifreeze ratio to waste water should keep the pump from being damaged.

I didn't see an SS-Agile owner manual on Roadtrek's site yet.

Here's a photo of the remote module installed the side compartment for anyone who's interested in this idea. I kept the clicker in the glove box.
