I used to call my last van a B minus. I think this is about the same except mine had a porta potti. Calling it a Class B is a stretch. Camper van is more accurate.

I learned to drive on the left as a teen- i travel the world for a living so no biggy. I spend alot of time in countries where they drive on the "correct" side of the road.
It does take adjustment to read other traffic.
since the mid 70's controls have been standardised internationally, the only change was shifting with the left hand, everything else is where you expect it.

I spent two weeks in a ford transit connect in Iceland. This country is laid out perfectly from camper vans and there are a TON of them there.

Looks like a Class C built on a cutaway chassis. The camper body is wider than the cab which indicates it was not a van body originally.

So very Japanese with all the lace covering the seats... not to mention how spotless it is for its age.
I was surprised that this fellow didn't recognize what was obviously the door for the toilet cassette.

I will never understand any of the models (B, B-minus, C, camper, whatever) that are built without toilet facilities. And the issue is almost never discussed in any of the promo videos. They seem to pretend that they don't ever have to go potty. Perhaps in Iceland, it is practical to just cop a squat beside the van, but that does not work in much of the rest of the world.
