Default Bottle jack for nova?

Has anyone replaced the stock pro master scissor jack with a hydraulic bottle jack? Should take up much less room if it would still lift each wheel when needed. Thoughts? Brand and model? Thanks. Just too much snow out there to check dimensions etc.

I got a Pro-Lift 12 ton shorty bottle jack (B-S12D) for my 1999 Dodge Roadtrek. It works, but it does not have enough lift so I need to jack it up partway, put the van on jack stands, add wood blocks under the jack, then go the rest of the way. This is way too much trouble so I am looking for a floor jack that I can keep in the van's trunk, though this is not easy because good floor jacks are big and heavy.

I carry one of these hydraulic jack / combination jack stands in my car. They work pretty well and better than a simple hydraulic bottle jack (and far better than a cheap scissor jack). This isn't the exact one I have but it is a similar design. You would have to measure though to make sure it has enough lift for your van.

a bottle jack is for lifting.

then you need a stand, as a little rubber o ring failing in a jack could bring a van down on you.

my pleasure way has a scissor jack ( stows under the bed), it would work fine on the road.

I also carry a bottle jack and a couple of wood blocks "in case"

and at home I use a 4 ton floor jack and stands
