Default Break down in Bismarck ND

Hey folks, we're in the midst of our cross-country road trip, heading back home to Nova Scotia. Our Dodge 1998 LeisureTravel van's AC bearing is going. On the off-chance that someone on here might know of the best mechanic to gerry-rig it so we can get home, please let me know!

Try Capital RV... I've never dealt with them to be honest, but haven't heard anything horrible about them. (I lived in Minot... where they have a branch)

Had that happen on a Ford I had once. Looked at a catalog at the auto parts store and bought a belt for an engine without A/C and bypassed the compressor. Made it home where I could find a mechanic without being "under the gun".

That's what the Dodge dealership tried yesterday. Unfortunately it didn't work.
Located a mechanic who has experience with old vans. Hoping it works. Fingers crossed!

Thanks! Capital RV actually turned us on to the mechanic we have an appointment with later today. Hoping he really is Myron the Magic Mechanic!

I hope he can do the trick. Glad to hear that Capital gave you a hopeful referral.

I just thought that they would...
