Canada Border covid testing to end ?

Reports from CBC that testing requirement will end.

Good news for us as we have trip to Ontario, Quebec New Brunswick and Nova Scotia planned for early summer.

Eases a complication in finding a test site enroute and hoping to get results in an acceptable form during the time window

That is good news also for us Canadian that will travel to US this summer.
It is a pain when returning. Same as you when entering.

But you must know as of now rapid test is also OK. PCR test are not needed anymore.

Hopefully there wont be another case burst to force them to put it back.

This is good news (we are also headed to Canada), unless you get selected for a random test.

Ok it will be officially effective on April 1st. It has been annouced today.

But in order to avoid the testing process, you should have been vaccinated at least twice and be able to show a proof of vaccination.

Also we can still be selected randomly for a quick test.
