$90 a gallon that covers about 25 square feet, so certainly not cheap. Might be good for the firewall or the van floor by the exhaust, etc. Would be interesting to see what the thermal rejection is, radiant or conduction, or both.

A friend of mine used a good amount of that stuff to insulate his van. He swears by it, says it has helped a lot in keeping the heat in, when he is in cold weather, as well as noise dampening.

This might be an answer for protecting the ABS black and graywater drain pipes from the hot engine exhaust system.

Never heard of this. Could this be used on the outside of the RV to increase heat retention in the winter?
