Default City water inlet relocalization

The city water and shore power inlets on my Roadtrek are under the rear bumper and I really dislike how they degrade the the look of the van. So I thought relocating the city water inlet under the van using a new bracket and use a quick connect to facilitate hookup. Or maybe I could left connected a few feet of hose that I could clip under the van when not in use.

Seems like an easy project but maybe you guys have some idea or recommendations.

I always thought that was a poor location for both the shore power connection and the water inlet so not surprised to see that you want to make it better. Anyone who has ever washed a van knows that area will get much dirtier than midway up the sides of a van. It looks like it would so easy to damage both also.

Hopefully someone else has looked into it and can help out.

Definitely worth doing IMO.
