In the south east condos are cheaper than Cali. In some parts of the country, housing prices have gone down. I brought my house in NY. Originally was assessed at $200G then went down to $180G. Now $190G. Research beachfront camping. A you tuber was at Magnolia beach in Texas. Do a you tube search & you’ll see free boondocking places. Probably not to many in Cali, but Texas, & Florida have a few.

That's CALIFORNIA Christy...... please get it right.....

Yeah..... we've enjoyed continued higher property values than anywhere else and because we live in Los Angeles, a world class city, with ABUNDANT services... property values and investments keep increasing...

My house has gone up more than 600 percent since we purchased it..... best investment ever....

There's NO real boondocking places in California and if you happen to find one... they're crowded with people.... remember... we're the most populated state ...55 million people live here and there's 18 million in the LA greater vicinity........

That is just flat out incorrect.

Also incorrect. San Jose and San Francisco are both higher and there may be others for all I know.

That's nice.

The world does not revolve around L.A. I believe Christycappello was simply stating the fact that condos are cheaper in other parts of the country.
