Here's how I did it:

Melitta Perfect Brew

How do you do it?

I use a Bialetti MukkaExpress cappucino maker that gives you a Starbuck's style coffee in one single operation. You can use it on on a propane or electric stove. I'm a coffee machine maniac and own some 20 machines including a very expensive cappucino machine. I prefer using the Bialetti cause it's much easier and faster to use. Go figure!

Last trip I used Maxwell House Coffee Singles

Not the best cup of coffee but far from the worst I've had.

Very convenient.

I have a built in 10 cup drip coffee pot. What would be nice is a Keurig single cup brewer but they all seem too big to carry around in a B.

I use the Singles (coffee bag) also. It is easy, and the coffee stays fresh for a long time. My wife does not drink coffee; so there is no need to make more than one cup at a time.

Here is another option, from Snow Peak:

Making good coffee is a necessity while enjoying the outdoors. Snow Peak applied its superb titanium construction to the Titanium Café Press. This press weighs only 6.3 oz. is perfect for backpacking when packed in its case. No need to suffer instant coffee while camping or hiking, pack your Titanium Cafe Press for excellent coffee outdoors.

Great coffee in the kitchen at home or galley on the road - Hamilton Beach Stay or Go system.
Requires 120AC during brewing process only. About 15-17 minutes. Then the thermos style carafe
keeps 6 large cups hot for well over an hour. Perfect for the true caffeine addict.

I think if we wanted a true camping coffee pot requiring an external heat source, like a propane stove
either a campfire pot (like in the John Wayne movies) or a press, and boiled water, might do for us.
