Default Dometic Thermostat w/ Heat Pump

I'm in need of a Dometic Duo-Therm thermostat for my RoadTrek 210 Poplar. I can't find one on the Dometic site. Amazon has tons of them, but They are have settings for COOL, OFF, FURNACE only. My unit has an additional switch position for Heat Pump. I am not finding one anywhere. Suggestions on where to source one? Photos attached to show more detail of what I am looking to replace.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

It is likely available on eBay.

Just curious, what problem does your current thermostat have?

Reason I ask is that my Dometic thermostat has very poor temperature control with wide swings in temperature, especially for the gas furnace. I just installed a separate thermostat just for the gas furnace. When the CoolCat AC/heatpump dies on my 2006 210P I plan to replace it with a window type AC only and do away with the Dometic thermostat entirely.

Peteco -- It actually started acting wonky a while back but am just now getting ready to fix it. As I recall, it would not come on or stay on reliably. Best I could track it down to was a component (slide switch) was simply worn out and would not hold position reliably.

I live in New Orleans, corrosion. I sprayed the slide switch with carb cleaner or electrical stuff, probably carb cleaner. Slid the switch back and forth a bunch, and bingo - all good.

I've had to do it again several years later.

Roadtrek suggested the solution!

I like Bud's idea. I've done this with other malfunctioning switches. I sprayed them with alcohol (or dripped it on the switch), worked them back and forth and blew them off with compressed air.

In all my years of working with electronics and radios, I have found DeoxIT to be the best cleaner for a situation like you have with your Dometic thermostat.

Default Corrosion

As others have Stated, I’d clean up the contacts and put a little corrosion block on. Cheap fix that’s saved all kinds of electronics for me.
