Emissions test results.... 2006 PW Lexor TD

Bought it at just over 80K...have 85K on now.

Took in for my first emissions test, due to GVWR requires dyno roll vs OBD2 check ( as my pick up).

They test idle and rolling speed ( loaded) at about 37 MPH.

results Hydrocarbons 3 ppm idle, 2 ppm loaded allowable 300 ppm

CO 00.0% idle 00.0% loaded allowable 4.00% idle 3.00% loaded

these are fantastic numbers...I had to ask the guy if the probe was on the correct tailpipe ( genny, ha-ha)

indicates really good motor condition and gives good piece of mind.


I continue to be really happy with the drivetrain, tq/hp and gearing of this unit

Congrats. That tells me your engine is running well, FI metering correctly and not too rich a mixture. My 300E MB car used to fail regularly. Now own BMW.
