Looks like they'll do a brand new conversion for you or remodel a van that you already own.

You can get an idea of pricing here: http://floridarvdeals.com/rv-builder

This looks to be a short sprinter set up for a single traveler http://floridarvdeals.com/node/44

Their prices are almost too good to be true. I was playing with their configuration system, and saw $14 grand for a complete upfitting, although it didn't include the gray tank. For someone living in that region of the US, I wonder what it would cost for an upfit that would have all the appliances of a comparable SMB.

As per the above picture, it appears they do decent work. It isn't ARV grade, but the window curtains look good, the stove and sink are decent, the flip-up counter is useful, and they do a decent job with trim on the sides.

The price does seem really competitive but warranty repairs would be tough from 4,000 miles.

Exactly, the distance to and from would be prohibitive for me. Plus, it is hard to beat a custom upfitter quite close. However, if I lived in FL, this would be an option.

I just wonder if they have the experience laying out electrical, plumbing, LP gas, and other items to make a fully upfitted "B" up to RVIA standards.

I have been reading this forum for some time, but I have never posted before. I saw this thread and just thought I would add my experience. My husband and I are actually having a custom Promaster done right now. We have really enjoyed working with Bob and everyone at his company. They are very professional and work very hard to customize the vehicle to your specifications. They definitely take pride in their work and it isn't your typical factory production line product. We should be ready to hit the road in about another month for a fraction of the cost of buying a "name brand" Class B and it will be made how we wanted it with solar and other things added. We have seen other vehicles they have made and know that they are true craftsmen. We feel fortunate to have found. They have added some information to their Facebook page about their company recently as well.

Definitely contact them if you are moving to Orlando. They are really quick to respond to e-mails and posts in their Facebook. Our vehicle is Andy and Dena's on their Facebook. We are getting excited about getting it soon!

No offense, but I think I'd have went with a 3500 instead of the 2500 on your van, unless I'm missing something, (which wouldn't be unusual)

I must be missing something. I don't see any mention of chassis size in that quote.
