Default Ford E350 Extended chassis - No rear sway bar

I have a 2007 Great West Van E350. There was no factory sway bar installed. It doesn't sway/roll to bad but I would like to improve the handling just a little bit.

I have been looking at adding a rear sway bar but I am not sure what size would be best. Hellwig has two that I think will fit my van. One is 1.125" dia. (30lbs) and the other is 1.25" dia. (38lbs).

I am concerned about getting one to stiff or getting one to weak.

Any thoughts?

Thanks, Dave
