"full" leaves less room for condensation to form in the tank

I use stabil for a gas preservative

if you disconnect your battery ( I would) on start up, the ecm will have cleared and the engne will likely have difficulty maintaining idle or running smoothly until the ecm has "relearned" some of the engine parameters
so big deal, disconcerting if unexpected

Three months is nothing when it comes to gas deterioration. The issue is measured in years, not months.

I’d go with full. Not sure how much it matters, though.

I would store the MH with 3/4 tank of gas and use a fuel stabilizer. Disconnect your house batteries, empty holding tanks, leave the roof vent part way open (not so rain can enter) for ventilation, cover the inside windows to prevent sun fading, remove any food that will spoil, cover tires from UV rays. Not sure if I covered all things needed, but most items.

I would just add to run your gas generator after filling with fresh fuel and stabilizer so it is also ready for storage.
