Default Generator won't start AC or Microwave

Team,
So, I was tuning up my Genny. Standard Oil change, new fuel filter, and new Air Filter. Once I was done with the tune up the genny runs great, but now the AC and the Microwave don't start up. They will start up if plugged in, but not with the genny running. I checked the breaker and it is towards me (or the outside of the rig).

Anybody have any thoughts/ideas/suggestions?

Thanks,
Mark

Should be an easy problem to solve. The generator running means it is producing 120 volt power. The power travels through the generator circuit breaker then transfer switch then power panel circuit breakers. Get your meter out and see where it quits.

.

there is a reset toggle switch on the side of the gennie.
you have to open the side cover and reach in with your finger to reset it.

What's the basis for assuming that simply because the generator motor is running that the 120VAC alternator must be delivering power to the transfer relay?

The generator running means it is generating 120 volt power. It does not mean it is getting to the transfer switch. It does mean it is probably getting to the generator circuit breaker. The control board will not let the generator run when the starter button is released if it is not producing power.

If he cannot find the generator circuit breaker (right side control panel) then he needs outside help.

I found the breaker switch. I was just making sure that BBQ wasn't talking about something else since he mentioned a side cover.

Thanks.

note: on my 2004 roadtrek, this is very difficult to do especially the first time because you have to feel your way
