Default GPS - POI (Points of Interest)

I'm still learning about GPS' and POI's etc.

Right now, I use Google Earth to find the place I want to visit and mark the spot with a Push Pin. I save the Push Pin with a .kml extension and then use PoiEdit to append the POI to my saved custom POI's..............

I use Garmin's POI Loader to transfer it to my Nuvi 250.

Maybe I making this more complicated than it needs to be.

How do you do it?

Is there any interest it posting favorite POI's here?

Anyone use Garmin's MapSource?

Lots of POI's here!

http://www.poiplaza.com/

I like this one

Country: Canada (CDN)
Service: Food & Beverages - Tim Hortons
POI name: Tim Hortons
POI addresses: 2546

Are there really 2546 Tim Horton's?
