Default GTRV's Sprinter Spoiler! New Sprinter Conversion

I saw ARcruiser’s post on rv net about a new Sprinter Conversion Van in which he said:

“Over at the Yahoo Westy Owners Forum, Mike Reed has made two announcements this week. First was a new Sprinter based conversion, second a new Toyota Sienna minivan conversion.”

So I went over to the Westy Group and asked Mike if it would be ok to post the photos on my website and he replied “Sure, Go Ahead”.

So here it is with comments from Mike: GTRV's Sprinter Spoiler!

Oceanside Spoiler
Here it is! GTRV's Sprinter raising the bar on her maiden run to the Pacific Ocean.

Like a Rock! More Home on the Range!
Custom hand built with the same attention to details you've come to expect from GTRV, our Sprinter Spoiler is no exception.

Bathroom Sinks are "Extra" in some vans.
In GTRV's Sprinter, it's the little extras that count. Wash the dishes in the kitchen and your hands in the bathroom. Because you can!

And U Get to Bathe in Privacy!
Ahhhh! Sink, Shower, Cabinets and your own Throne all behind closed doors.

Inside: Front to Back
Warm wood paneling, clean practical flooring, lots of light and comfort!

Maximum Storage Everywhere
In typical GTRV fashion, there is copious storage in the Spoiler. Here's the full-sized closet.

Top Storage
Space efficient top cabinets maximize interior use.

GTRV's usual Oversized Bed
Creature Comforts: Unfolded, lies thick and flat for a good nights sleep wherever you are you're always home.

Jo on the Go Coffee Station!
Built in coffee station from your Spoiler cafe!

Separate yet together, these areas are designed to maximize comfort, efficiency and light.

All the Comforts of Home

The interior looks like it's laid out alot like our Plateau.

If anyone is interested in photos, send me a PM and I'll send the link.

Default sprinter in need of partial conversion

I really like the way the bed/couch set up works in this Spinter. Is there a company where I can buy this bed or is there a plan somewhere that would show me how to make it?

I have a 2005 Sprinter that I just can't seem to get the inside done the way I want. It's a 140" and setting up a bed is the biggest problem. I had a fold out bench seat/bed combo but it took up 76" of the length of the inside, leaving very little room for extra amenities. Going accross only allows for about 68", which isn't long enough for comfortable sleeping.

If anyone knows where I can buy or how I can build this one, that would be great!

Thanks!

I hadn't really noticed it before but it does look good. With some of the new power sofas you lose so much storage space. The GTRV Sprinter Spoiler seems to have a sofa and storage space.

My guess is that it is a custom design by GTRV.

I over brightened this photo so you can "see" into the shadows:
