We are absolutely new to RVing but are interested in buying a class b, seems right size for two...what are the key questions/ issues to be aware of when buying used?

Condition of the unit and handling top my list. Comfort, amenities and layout might top other peoples list.
Your budget will greatly influence the decision making. Used can be a 6 month old Sprinter or 25 year old Dodge.

I'd start by searching both online listings and dealer lot offerings to get an idea of pricing.
Brands names will be easier to resell later. In my experience, on resale, buyers ask for features like a built-in generator and air conditioning.
