Default Leaks Fixed.....Plumbing Identified

My 2000 Roadtrek was leaking in several areas at the hookup intersection. It was tricky to identify the exact source of the leak, so I replaced all the plastic in the area.

As it turns out, my coach is plumbed with a polybutylene product by Zurn Industries. It is called Qest (no "u" in Qest). The product is available online through mobile home parts stores, and some specialty plumbing outlets.

I also needed to make a special tool for use in a restricted area. It is a Home Depot "Husky" brand 1 inch wrench that retails for $6.95. I had it cut and bent at a 90 degree angle by a blacksmith friend.

These pictures should tell a story:

Pic 1 is a "before" view.
