Default motorbike carrier

I am checking the possibility of sliding a hitch into the receiver that could support a small motorbike across the back of my Pleasure Way Ascent. It has to stick out far enough for the bike to clear the spare tire.

Any ideas or places to check from the forum?

Best Regards, Danno

Someone was using a Tilt-a-Rack to carry a Yamaha (from the Roadtrek Group - I think it was a Chevy).

I don't know much about this. My guess is that you have to add the weight of your motorcycle, the rack & spare tire and mount & make sure the hitch is rated for the load. Roadtrek's (previous year) SS-Agile hitch had a Towing - tongue weight of 500lbs with a note that "A weight distribulting hitch is required for tongue weights over 200 Kg/400 lbs."

It might be similar with your Pleasure-Way.

Wow! a Pleasure Way Ascent Very nice!
