Does any one have any knowlage about a class B Diamond motor home? I have one and cant seem to find anything on this unit. It seems to be all electric with the exceptions of the cook top and furnace. It does have however, a marine type toilet, which has no holding tank as we know. It dumps direct from the internal tank in the toilet. Also their is no gray water tank just a hose connection that lets the water run out on the ground. Is that legal ? The water pump pumps water direct to the kitchen sink, it has a toggle switch that turns it on. I do how ever have a roof air conditioner. We had to build a dinet that makes into a bed, as it didn't have one. Also their is no water heater. If any one has any information about this unit please let me know as I sure need some advice. Thank you.

From what I found on the web it was made by Coons Mfg. Inc. which later became Diamond Coach Corporation.

It is pre-internet era so it is going to be hard to find out much.

I do thank you so much for your information. The motor home in the picture looks like the one we have except ours is a Chevy duelly. We are working hard to get ours ready to go camping, can't hardly waite. With gas prices like they are we most likely wont be taking very long trips.

You may be able to make an appointment with an RV repair shop, and pay a small fee, to have them put the rig on a lift, and explain what all the parts are, and how they work. Inside also. Things like the black & gray tanks, refrigerator, inverter, etc.....

It would be worth $50 - $100 to know what you have, and how it works. They may also have access to manuals for your installed equipment, and/or the Diamond RV manual.
