Default Mystery Switch

Does anybody know what the switch on the panel just to the right of my refrigerator is for? (2000 Roadtrek 190)

It does not operate water pump.
It does not activate water heater.

Hot water heater. Make sure it is full of water, the house battery is charged, and the propane is on before you turn the switch on. If it doesn't fire up (you can hear it from the outside of the vent), turn it off and wait a few minutes then try again. If it doesn't fire up in 3 cycles or less, you may want to fire up a burner on your stove to get any air out of the propane.

Not standard from the factory. My 2001 190 does not have one.

Perhaps the previous owner installed fans on the back of the refrigerator to help with cooling issues and used this switch to manually turn them on.

I would suggest to open up that cupboard door and look up and see if you can follow the wires to the switch, The hot water heater switch is usually on the wall near the entrance, that switch looks different than the one in my Roadtrek,,,,,

Hmmm....

I presumed the switch is not for the water heater since i already have a water heater switch on the control panel, BUT i will check (by turning it on for a while and observing if water heater is activated)

Wiring goes under refrigerator. If it is not connected to the water heater, i will investigate further.

thanks for the quick ideas fellows.

I believe it is the Control Switch for a Snyder Fan. That is exactly where I had the switch. Go outside and remove the fridge covers. Look upon there, it should have what looks to be an upside down platic gutter and some small fans. If it is there, follow the wires down to where they all connect - that switch is attached to that; you could turn the fan off when not. Needed or on when it got real hot outside. Hope this helps. Ron
