Default Navion

I stopped by my dealer today to pick up my registration form (it had been sitting there for a couple weeks). He had a few new RV's in so I checked them out.

The one that caught my eye was the Navion. This one had the new interior cabinetry, full body paint and the deisel generator. The list price was $130k - but you could probably get it for around $100k. It really had nice fit and finish and a ton of cabinets, both inside and out. There was no over-cab bed - this one had the skylight. I didn't dig into how many batteries it had, but assume it has 2.

It really was a nice coach, and if I was interested in a B+/C, I'd seriously consider it.

I agree in principle but I do prefer the 24G which has the rear queen bed and side slideout. Pricing is flexible and determined by dealer and how close to manufacturer year etc. Nice rig.

Wow, that may be the ugliest paint job I've seen. Any links to interior shots? I can't find any on google. I have noticed that Winnebago is embracing the european stlyling.. thank god.

LOL. That paint job is a $6500 add! I suppose you could just rhino line over it.

They don't have interior pics, but there are videos on YouTube of this model if you search. I definitely like the cabinet style.

I'm still to determine if a B will fit me and I like the Travato 59K. But the Navion along with the Trend could be a possibility. The Navion with the corner bed has a lot of room inside.

We had a Navion IQ which is the forerunner to the G model before we came back to the "B" world. Nice coach, easy to drive in traffic.
We do miss the dinette and nice shower, not to mention the tank sizes

Bobojay,

Would you go back to the Navion ever or does the benefit of the Class B outweigh the bigger Navion pluses. I see the Navion minus to be besides price if you are comparing it to a Travato or Trend is ease of driving and hassle of storing if your neighborhood doesn't allow RVs. Are you quicker to pull off the road to visit places you see at the spur of the moment with the ERA vs the Navion.
