Need help locating a Thule product

Need some advise as to where I can order/purchase a Thule Product, THULE Omnistor Awning Windscreen Part # 306456. I have checked with Thule in Canada and USA and they do not and will not carry this product in North American.
I have ordered items from UK, but once they arrive in Toronto, custom and duty make it twice as expensive.
Any idea is greatly appreciated.....Thanks, Ken

I once ordered a bulls story for my mom in New Zealand and the same thing happened. Had to pay customs, duty, whatever and it almost doubled the cost.
