Agreed, 100%. That's why we're not in an "adventure van," though the Airstream 24X, which you accurately describe, has its charms...just not at the price they have selected.

I know one of the Roadtrek models before their demise included a bathroom sink, although it made a big bump into the bed/dinette area.
