New used class b what is it plus ?'s

Hi purchased a new used class b and want help figuring out what it really is. Its a 1983 Chevrolet g20 chassis 305 4 speed. Toilet is center rear, tub is on the passenger side fridge drivers side. I think its a fiesta but I have no documentation and there is no branding anywhere. any ideas how to find out? Anyone have a similar vintage fiesta manual? 2ND question there is a pull knob switch under the steering wheel with wiring going to it any idea what this does? 3Rd not a single 12v outlet in the rear only the cig lighter is this unusual? I am trying to upload a pic but says too large file.

The pull knob could be for fog lights or similar accessory.
It is not that unusual to not have a 12v outlet in the rear of a camper van.

I managed to get some pics into the user gallery but not here. Its a tan Chevrolet take a look if You think You know what it is.

I have classified a B+ as one that was made wider than a normal van, and it would turn to a class C when there is a bed above the driver & passanger seat.
