Promaster emergency brake

I just purchased a 2017 Hymer Sunlight in OH last month. After getting the title transferred to PA where I live I had to get it inspected. To my surprize it didn't pass because it didn't have an emergency parking brake lever. I bought a lever only to find the base of the drivers seat had no place to mount the lever. Has anyone ever seen such a thing? The passenger seat is swivel but not the driver seat.

We have a 2016 159" WB high roof ProMaster and it has a parking brake (which we rarely deploy as it interferes with our after-market swivel seat base). As far as we know, it's standard.

You know that the factory park brake lever is on the outside, door side of the seat don't you?
Just had to mention this....

It's possible, but very improbable it could have the auto park brake setup that was used on the diesel model?
