Default Rear Side Windows Bracket Question

Hello All,

I own a pre-owned 2008 LTV Freeflight. The windows that I'm referring to are the ones that are toward the rear of the van. One on the passenger side and one on the drivers side. They are the kind that are split in half and the bottom piece opens outward by turning a knob.

The window on the passenger side has issues. It only opens about 2" and then stops.

After carefully comparing the other window (drivers side), it appears that the bracket arms on the non-working window were installed incorrectly. The arms need to be reversed (left to right and right to left). However, I can't figure out how to remove those arms to fix the problem myself.

Can anyone tell me how to remove those arms so that I can swap them around?

Thanks a bunch
Chief P
