Default Removing Dodge Roadtrek Side Window

Does anyone have any experience removing the middle driver's side window on the Dodge Roadtreks (the small window over the sink that does not open, not the crank windows in the back -- I assume it is the same for the 170s and 190s). I have a small rust spot under the window that I would like to take care of. It looks like there are some screws along the sides accessible from the outside, so perhaps those are all that are holding it on?

if this is a flat piece of glass in a rubber seal, then the grease and string method is used- as our forefathers did.

while there inspect the rubber seal for wear/cracking.
new seal from Steele Rubber products is available in all sizes

watch:

on stiff rubber, grease is used, which is cleaned off the glass later, and helps fill gaps to seal weather

Unfortunately it is not that. It looks to be one complete assembly -- see the attached pic. The screws are along the sides inside of those metal louvers. I am thinking that the entire assembly can be pried out, perhaps after removing the screws.

Hi RT-NY did you finally take the window out? If so, how did you do it? I’m having the same rust problem with my dodge Roadtrek popular 1997
Thanks for your help

Hi Jim - No I have not yet tried this. Take a look at the following thread. It seems that you have to remove the refrigerator to get the window out. If anyone has done this, or has pictures of what it might entail, it would be great if you could post them here.
