Default Roadtrek Propane hose leak

Good Day!
I have a 2012 Roadtrek Versatile and the main propane hose between the shut off valve and the regulator leaks. In the owners manual the schematic of the system shows it as: 1/2” IDx 9” Rubber (POL)
Anyone have an idea as to where to find a replacement hose?
If I cannot find one then I will need to have a local propane shop make it. I suspect though that it is an off the shelf item if one knows where to look! Thanks in advance for sharing your collective wisdom!

I purchased my new hoses here when I refurbished my tank. They make them per order so if you contact them they can make any length/size hose you need.

Default Thanks

Thanks for that suggestion. The owners manual lists YSN Imports as the supplier of the tank. When I did an internet search for that company it came up with Flame King as the associated business. I sent them an Email yesterday and we will see if I get a reply. Thanks again!

Take your old hoses to a welding supply shop. They will make exact replicas

I took an old hose off and took it to a propane supply business. They built a quality hose dirt cheap while I waited.

Many propane hoses have only a 5-year warranty life. We had a local shop duplicate ours after learning about several Class Bs of our approximate model year that had developed leaks, including a same-year rig owned by a close friend. We did the installation ourselves.

Two corresponding blog posts with more details on the hoses and DIY instructions, in case they are of use to you:

Default Update

Thanks for the suggestions.
The hose that was leaking was from valve to the regulator between the bumper and tow hitch. With patience and a several different angle wrenches I removed it, went to a local propane delivery company, had a duplicate made and then replaced it. Now if there are not leaks in all the surrounding fittings it should be good to go. My initial test using a gas sniffer still detected a leak, it is a confined area with two regulators that might be bleeding off pressure since I just filled the tank. Fingers crossed!
