My first project today was to sew a semi-fitted DIY drawstring pouch for the Magma pieces when disassembled (semi-fitted because there needs to be room for a disposable plastic bag to serve as a liner - even with partial cleaning in the field, the grill will likely still be greasy, so it will go into the plastic first, then into the draw-string).

Mission accomplished, but when I went online to grab a thumbnail of the assembled Magma to place on this image for illustration, I noticed that every one of them is still out of stock. For those who are humming and hawing about which model of grill they ought to buy, well, odds are that, right now you ain't buying any of them. It's all part of the great coronavirus stocking shortage, which affects so many different consumer products. I bought the last available 15 inch Magma in my area over a month ago, and production still has not caught up to demand.

If a griddle will suffice instead of a grill, two of those ubiquitous single burner butane stoves placed end-to-end perfectly support this:

True, but the OP was looking for a grill. Most Bs have stoves already installed, to the effect that many people may find another gas burner to be of limited value. The trick with a B is to find good grilling options that can be carried in such a small space.

Yep, good grilling with ability to store about says it all.

Here is the Magma in our Roadtrek C190P. Lid does not have hinge screws in it, but it latched in the front to stop the lid from moving around.

It is well used, as we cook something on it nearly every day we are on the road.

Ah, you folks with exterior compartments. We don't have those - we have to carry stuff inside, or on our hitch carrier, or on our roof in the ATV bag I have strapped up there. It would be so much easier to carry a grill in an external compartment.

Yep, I think that is one of the things that really drops the usefulness of the unibodies. It is really nice to have semi secure place, for dirty, stinky type stuff to keep them out of the interior.
