Default Two Roadtrek SS Agile Questions

In our 2015 Roadtrek SS Agile the bathroom doors clamp into a “roller fixture” at the door tops to keep the doors from rattling while underway. Please see attached picture. This piece is (was) secured by three screws up into the ceiling (likely up into the insulation foam board, I’m guessing). This has come loose and I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue and has subsequently come up with another way to secure the doors?

Also- in general has anyone been successful in filing a warranty claim with Roadtrek since the new ownership has taken over? If so, who can I contact to submit a claim?

Thanks for any help or feedback!

Steve

If Roadtrek was still building them like our 2010 Chevy based 190P, the ceiling is mostly a piece of 1/4" plywood, with a small amount of padding and a vinyl cover on the bottom side. I say mostly because ours has a section further forward which is made of plastic (likely ABS) where the shape was too curved for the plywood. Anyway, we also had the problem you describe and had to add additional fasteners.
