Default Update on Pleasureway Lexor Promaster

Got this info from PW:

Fresh tank 29 gal
Gray tank 20 gal
Black tank 12 gal

LP at 80% is 6 gallons

Still think the LP is too small considering heater, on demand water heater and fridge.

The Lexor Promaster tanks are very similar in size to the 2005 era T1N Pleasure-way Plateau Sprinter.

i read the travato specs as 6 gallon then 80 percent-at least that's how the fine print says. i could be interpreting fine print incorrectly though

i couldn't get the specs from brocuhre to copy so i willl type it

3. capacities shown are tank manufacturers listed water capacity(wc).actual filled LP capacity is 80 percent of listing due to overfilling prevention device on tank.

this is from the travato 59g brochure that came up in search. it could have changed

LP of 8 gallon tank is 5.9 gallons LP. that is what roadtrek uses in the ranger

PS i was able to copy from winnebagos website

Capacities shown are tank manufacturer’s listed water capacity (W.C.) Actual filled LP capacity is 80% of listing due to overfilling prevention device on tank.

They told me it was a 24# tank, that 80% yeilded about 6 gallons useable.

Funny thing, if they used the Truma appliance that Winnebago is going to spec in the newly announced Travato floor plan, both the furnace and the water heater will be happy running on 1700 watts from shore power or the 2.8 kW Onan, so a small propane tank would suffice in this regard if someone has access to 30A electric. However, in colder weather when dry camping, I'd probably consider an Extend-A-Stay and a 20# propane cylinder or two mandatory.

one gallon of propane is 4.2 pounds . a 24 pound tAnk is whats called 6 gallons. 80 percent of 6 gallon(24 pounds) is 4.8 gallons. i have no idea what your usable amount is.

i think they may have their specs misprinted

The RV converters love to do subtle creative number inflations and misdirections. I'm especially liking that Roadtrek E-Treknology placard of everything stated in watts right down to the batteries. It makes for some very high, impressive numbers.
