Default VW Westfalia

We're just finishing up a 2 week tour of New Brunswick, PEI, Cape Breton & Nova Scotia in our RT 190P. I have to say that I've never seen so many VW Westfalia T3 campers, especially on PEI. Outside of California, this must be the single largest population of the VW vans. Has anyone else noticed this?

We were there in early June. Ironically what we noticed were lots of Roadtreks along with an assortment of other large Class B’s. We didn’t have ours, sadly, but now that we have one we tend to notice others more. Since early June is pre-season, I’m guessing they were mostly retirees.

Didn’t see any Westies. Different season, different demographic, maybe?
