i hope this is a contest!

looks like a fanbelt service kit, the long wrench may be to hold the tension pulley off to the side while the belt is changed.

the round brace and the allen bolts may be part of a spacer kit meant to hold the a/c alt or other belt driven accessory in place while being serviced.

The belt is a spare for the underhood generator (aka auxiliary alternator). The long tool is to assist installing the belt.

The round piece & 3 lug type bolts are the adapter for an alloy spare wheel.

The adapter usage is explained in the Promaster owner manual.

The belt looks like a serpentine belt from your engine. It would drive your alternator, power steering pump, etc. The bat with the sticker with "A2...." looks like the tool used in installing the belt, to move the spring-loaded tensioning pulley so you can get the serpentine belt on the pulleys. The other parts look like they might go to a spare tire hanger of some sort. Not sure about them.
