whats the best low amp refrigerator ??

whats the best low amp drawing 12 volt refrigerator for a van ??
i found this website and it shows one that draws 2.5 amps .is this low and is this a good brand ??? it's espensive but sounds like a good one . does anyone know of any others simular???? I also have a two part question if i place this in an enclosed regular van , should i have a air tube (i was thinking pvc pipe with a cover on top leading down to the back of this to let cooler air to it since it will be in an enclosed van so that their won't be so much hot air going into the cooling fan ??

does this mean it draws only a.4 amps regular use ? and if so is that an hour or what? it also says 11.7 under 12 volt and ac .
i don't understand that part .
if this only uses 1.4 amps 12 volt this would use less then the 2.5 amps from the first one i showed , if i am understanding it right , hopefully someone can tell me for sure .
