Yes, I totally agree!!
I winterized with air on my previous trailer with no problems!! I assumed the dealer was competent to cover me with the sani & truma but I was obviously wrong.
Going to go hit the books and/or Youtube and get done while above freezing later today.
Thanks for the input!
